When paying with PayPal I see "Bee Sew Whimsical"?

Bee Sew Whimsical is the new owner of Snickerdoodle Dreams.

Snickerdoodle Dreams is our pattern/graphic/digital collection designs by Bee Sew Whimsical & Heather Paige. Our website home is a place to showcase those gorgeous designs for the retail/wholesale market.

Do you provide refunds for Snickerdoodle Dreams graphics/digital collections?

Due to the large amount of designs that are contained within Snickerdoodle Dreams, we are unable to provide refunds of any kind. This is due to the fact that we are unable to know if files were downloaded to your hard drive prior to asking for a refund.

Are you a former Snickerdoodle Dreams "Clipart Heaven" Subscriber?

• New customers to Snickerdoodle Dreams need to register their details.
• Former subscription members will need to re-register in our new secure online store.
• We do not have your past order history and therefore, cannot reset older orders for you.
• We're continuely rebuilding our stock and some older items are still finding their way back into the store.  If you are looking for something specific, please contact us. 
• If you hold a valid/current "Clipart Heaven" Subscription Member - please contact us with your previous subscription details.  Your subscriptions will be honoured.  An email will be sent with details on re-registering.

Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

What kind of graphic formats do you offer and what programs are they compatible with?

Our designs are compatible with Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro, PrintMaster, Quark, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and many more. Our older collections contain: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif while all our new collections will be available in both .jpg and .png formats. Please note: our older graphics are not offered in all formats.

Do you still offer custom designing for business and personal?

Yes...   We are currently setting up our custom design area - check back soon. If you would like us to design something tailor made to your business/personal needs  - we welcome your enquiries. 

Do you offer Pre-made Web Designs?

Yes... Snickerdoodle Dreams does offer Pre-made Web Designs for your business/personal needs.  This area is currently under construction - check back soon for some gorgeous and whimsical designs for the construction of your new websites.
